Request a free gold bag and send your gold to us once you receive the bag. Alternatively, if you don't want to wait, complete our claims FORM. Print two copies; keep one for yourself and send the other to us with your scrap. Send your items via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We will send you payment via cheque or bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving your items.

If you are not happy with the payout, simply return the payment to us and we will return your items to you free of charge.

How to send your Gold

If you prefer not to wait for a gold bag, then download a claims form and send this with your gold.

Send the parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

What happens next ?

As soon as we receive your parcel we will weigh and check your scrap to see what carat it is. We will then issue your payment within 24 hours. Please specify on your claims form how you would like us to pay you.
